Our Story
A Legacy That Began Before Partition
Construction is not just a profession for us — it is in our blood. Our founder's family was deeply rooted in the building trade in undivided Punjab, long before the Partition of 1947. When the family crossed the border and rebuilt their lives in Punjab, they carried with them not just their tools, but a generations-old belief: that the most enduring thing a person can leave behind is something they built with their own hands.
That legacy found its modern expression in 2010, when Blue Stone Constructions was formally established in Ludhiana, Punjab. Drawing on a family tradition of craftsmanship and an uncompromising eye for quality, our founder set out to build an organisation that would honour that heritage — one project at a time. Our first residential project in Ludhiana was delivered ahead of schedule, and the reputation that followed opened doors across the region.
Over the next decade, we expanded steadily across Northern India — into highway infrastructure, industrial construction, and large-scale civil projects across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi NCR.
Today, with over 20 engineers and 150+ completed projects, Blue Stone Constructions stands as one of Northern India's most trusted construction partners — still founder-led, still rooted in Ludhiana, and still carrying forward a legacy that spans generations.

Founded in Ludhiana, Punjab
Blue Stone Constructions established in Ludhiana by a team of civil engineers with a vision to build better infrastructure across Northern India. First residential project delivered in Ludhiana ahead of schedule.
First Government Contract
Awarded a state highway rehabilitation contract in Punjab — our entry into large-scale infrastructure projects.
Industrial Division Launched
Expanded into industrial construction with our first greenfield factory project in Ludhiana's industrial belt, serving a leading manufacturing company.
50 Projects Milestone
Completed our 50th project — a major milestone marking our growing presence across Northern India.
Northern India Expansion
Opened regional offices in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, and Dehradun. Team grew to 150+ engineers across Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Delhi NCR.
